- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. black coffee, cooled

- Mix all together and fill cupcake c. half full. Drop 2 tsp. filling in each c.. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till brown.
- FILLING: Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg by hand till smooth. Add in chocolate chips and fill.
