Рецепт Choco Marshmallow Cookies

Ингредиенты

1 3/4 c. flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 c. cocoa 1/2 c. shortening

1 c. sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 c. lowfat milk 18 large marshmallows cut in half

Инструкции

1. Sift flour, salt, soda, and cocoa together. Cream shortening and sugar, add in egg, vanilla, and lowfat milk; beating well. Add in dry ingredients and mix. Drop by tsp. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 min. Remove from oven, press 1/2 marshmallow, cut side down, on top of each cookie. Bake 2 min longer. Cold. Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting. Makes 36 cookies.
