3 tbsp. butter 1 jar or possibly pkg. chipped beef 3 tbsp. flour 2 c. lowfat milk

Pepper to taste 3/4 carton lowfat sour cream 1 can artichoke hearts

Инструкции

1. Prepare chipped beef with flour, lowfat milk, butter and pepper. Add in lowfat sour cream and artichoke hearts. Heat till warm, don't boil. Serve over toast.
