Ингредиенты
- 100 gm Broccoli, cut into small florets (4 ounce)
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 x Red pepper, diced
- 1 x 227 gram tin water chestnuts, liquid removed and sliced (8 ounce)
- 1 x 227 gram tin pineapple in juice, cut into chunks, juice reserved (8 ounce)
- 2 tsp Cornflour
- 4 tsp Schwartz Sweet & Sour Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
- 350 gm Cooked, peeled prawns, defrosted if frzn (12 ounce)

- Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 min and drain. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or possibly wok and add in the broccoli and pepper.
- Stir fry for 2-3 min. Add in the water chestnuts and pineapple chunks.
- Blend the cornflour with the Sweet & Sour Seasoning, soy sauce and juice from the pineapple. Add in to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring till thickened. Stir in the prawns and heat through.
- Serve with rice or possibly noodles.
