- Combine stuffing ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
- Throw away peppers' seeds and veins. Cut bell peppers into 1 inch pcs. Mound each piece with a rounded tsp. of shrimp stuffing.
- Heat oil in a wide, non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Place peppers in pan, filling side down; cook 3 min.
- In a bowl, blend broth, oyster sauce and sugar. Pour over peppers. Reduce heat, cover and simmer till peppers are tender, 7-9 min. Add in cornstarch solution and cook, stirring, till sauce boils and thickens slightly.
