- 2 lbs. boneless round steak
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 med.-size green peppers
- 1/2 c. onion, sliced long and thin
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 c. beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
Инструкции
- Brown beef (cut in strips). Add in onion and peppers. Cook awhile with beef. Add in seasonings and broth till boiling. Simmer 15 min with lid. Combine soy sauce, water, and cornstarch. Add in to beef and cook till thick. Serve over rice.
