- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. sherry (dry)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed

- Combine all ingredients, except ribs. Pour mix over ribs in shallow pan and let stand 2 hrs, turning ribs often. Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
