- 1 lrg red pepper, roasted
- 1/2 lb apricots, quartered and pitted
- 3/4 lb plums, quartered and pitted
- 1 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2/3 c. water
- 1/3 c. white sugar
- 2/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. toasted mustard seeds
- 4 x scallions, white part only
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
Инструкции
- Place all ingredients together in a large pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer covered for 30 min. Uncover and simmer for another hour. Place in a blender or possibly food processor and process to desired consistency. Can be stored in refrigerator for 4-6 weeks, excellent on chicken, vegetables or possibly any type of stir fry.
