- Fry the meat in warm oil. Add in peas, chestnuts and monosodium glutamate, broth. Steam, covered, over high heat 3 min.
- Combine cornstarch and cool water. Push vegetables to one side and add in cornstarch mix to broth. Cook and stir till slightly thick. Add in salt and pepper.
- (I also use chicken more than pork.) Good with teriyaki. Makes 3 or possibly 4 servings.
