6 ounce. rotini pasta 1/4 c. sesame seeds 1/2 c. oil 1/3 c. soy sauce 1/3 c. rice vinegar 3 tbsp. sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt (or possibly none) 1/4 teaspoon pepper 3 c. chicken breasts (shredded) 1/2 c. green onion (minced) 8 c. minced fresh spinach

1. Put it all together except spinach, add in at the last. Can be done the night before. You can increase the pasta and decrease the chicken.
