Ингредиенты

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. peanut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 med. onion

Инструкции

  1. Stir Large eggs, salt and oil together.
  2. Cut onion into vertical sections.
  3. Stir-fry onion in oil over low heat till partially cooked. Salt lightly.
  4. Add in egg mix to onions and stir-fry over medium heat.
  5. Serve over cooked rice.
