Ингредиенты

  • 2 cans water chestnuts, liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 bunches green onions
  • 2 tubes Owens "Warm" sausage
  • 1/8 c. soy sauce
  • 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Инструкции

  1. Chop water chestnuts, green onions (including tops) and mix into the sausage. Add in soy sauce, Large eggs, salt and bread crumbs. Mix well with hands; chill (best when chilled overnight). Form into balls and place on cookie sheet. Brown in 400 degree oven for 20-25 min, turning once during cooking.
