- Julienne vegetables. Saute/fry pork with garlic and ginger in pan with a little oil. Add in broth and vegetables. Cook 5 min. Add in long rice, cook another 10 min. Remove from heat. Add in green onions. Mix 1/4 c. shoyu, 1 tsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 2 Tbsp. red wine for sauce. Add in sauce to chop suey. Stir well. Serve warm.
