Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound lean pork, cut in strips
  • 1/4 pound bamboo shoots
  • 1 lg. carrot
  • 1/2 pound string beans
  • 1 lg. round onion
  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • 1 bundle long rice, soaked in water 20 min & cut up
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 sm. piece ginger, finely minced
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 bunch green onions

Инструкции

  1. Julienne vegetables. Saute/fry pork with garlic and ginger in pan with a little oil. Add in broth and vegetables. Cook 5 min. Add in long rice, cook another 10 min. Remove from heat. Add in green onions. Mix 1/4 c. shoyu, 1 tsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 2 Tbsp. red wine for sauce. Add in sauce to chop suey. Stir well. Serve warm.
