Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/4 lb grnd beef
  • 1 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. veg. oil
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 2 c. shredded carrots
  • 2 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. water

Инструкции

  1. Brown beef, onion & oil, stirring to break up meat (this may be done in a casserole dish in your microwave). Drain off fat & throw away.
  2. Shred cabbage using large-sized grater. Shred carrots using small-sized grater. Slice celery in thin angle slices. Add in cabbage, carrots, celery, soy sauce and water to meat & onion mix. Scrape into 1 1/2 quart. casserole. Cover. Bake in 350F oven for 45 min.
  3. Serves 6.
  4. Note: I use Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce instead of the soy sauce for a little extra zip. I serve this over rice and add in a side salad for a quick, complete meal.
