  • 3 1/2 c. fresh strawberries, minced
  • 2 c. plain lowfat yoghurt
  • 2 c. cranberry juice
  • 1/2 c. dry red wine
  • 1/2 c. table cream
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh mint

Инструкции

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine 3 c. of the strawberries, yogurt, cranberry juice, wine, cream and mint.
  2. In a food processor, puree the mix (in batches, if necessary).
  3. Refrigerateabout 1 hour before serving. Serve in individual bowls garnished with strawberry slices.
  4. Note: You can make a variation on this soup by replacing the strawberries with mixed fruit and using white wine instead of red.
