- 1 c. Dry kidney beans
- 2 x Onions (white and yellow)
- 3 x Garlic cloves x Tomatoes (3 big beefsteak or possibly About 8 roma) x Cumin, coriander, oregano, Salt, pepper to taste x Extra virgin olive oil
