Ингредиенты

17 whole green chilies (fresh or possibly canned) 4 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese 3/4 c. lowfat milk 4 tbsp. flour

6 Large eggs, slightly beaten 1 tbsp. baking pwdr 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 4 ounce. shredded Cheddar cheese

1. Use 7x11 inch baking dish. Layer chilies and Jack cheese. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, flour, baking pwdr and garlic salt and pour over chilies and cheese. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serves 6.
