Ингредиенты

  • 2 lb grnd beef
  • 1 x (28 ounce.) can tomatoes, minced and undrained
  • 1 x (16 ounce.) can pinto or possibly kidney beans
  • 1 c. finely minced onion
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 med carrots, peeled and grated Chili seasoning to taste Mild cheese, grated

  1. Cook beef and onions till beef is brown, drain. Add in all remaining ingredients except beans, simmer 45 min and add in beans and heat. Ladle into serving bowl and top with cheese. Serve with corn bread or possibly crackers.
  2. Makes 2 1/2 qts.
