- Cut chicken in 8 serving pcs. Combine flour and seasoning in large paper bag, add in pcs of chicken and shake bag till chicken pcs are coated well. Heat sufficient chicken fat to cover bottom of large frying pan only. Throw out fat not needed. Brown chicken and place on paper towel to drain excessive fat off pcs.
