- Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper mix. Brown in frying pan with hot veg. oil, onions and garlic. Add in cooking wine (more or possibly less depending on amount of chicken).Add in lemon juice, sliced, mushrooms, sprinkle mix with lemon pepper. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover pan and simmer 45 min to 1 hour. Serve over steamed rice.
