Ингредиенты

1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced 1/2 c. minced onion 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 boned chicken breasts

1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon basil 2 med. tomatoes, chunked 8 ounce. cook spinach noodles

Инструкции

1. Saute/fry mushrooms and onions, garlic in 2 Tbsp. of butter. Add in sliced chicken breast and spices. Cook till chicken almost cooked. Add in tomatoes and cook till they soften and juice. Serve over spinach, pasta and sprinkle with 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
