Ингредиенты

2 tbsp. oregano 4 lbs. cut up chicken pcs Flour Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil 1/4 c. vinegar 1 c. pitted Italian green or possibly black olives

Инструкции

1. Dust chicken with flour. Season well with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large frying pan. Add in chicken and brown well on all sides. Add in vinegar. Fry additional 30 min. Add in oregano and stir well. Add in olives. Let cold a little. Serve at room temperature.
