Ингредиенты

  • 4 x cloves garlic
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine (the kind you drink)
  • 2 lb chicken pcs, skin removed
  • 1 x (12 ounce.) can apricots, liquid removed and pitted
  • 1/2 tsp dry dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp dry tarragon

  1. Crush the garlic into the wine and marinate the chicken pcs for about 15 min. In the meantime, place the apricots in a food blender and turn it to a paste or possibly sauce. Add in the dill and tarragon to the paste. Place the chicken pcs on a lightly oiled baking dish along with the marinade. Brush the chicken liberally with the apricot paste. Bake in375 degrees oven, uncovered, for about 45 min. Serve with a green salad with Cottage Cheese and Dill Dressing.
  2. Serves 6.
