Ингредиенты

  • 1 med. to sm. onion
  • 3 c. minced cooked chicken
  • 1 box taco dinner mix (shells included)
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Minced tomato

Инструкции

  1. Brown chicken and onion in pan. Add in package of taco seasonings from box. Add in 3/4 to 1 c. water. Stir and simmer 10 min. Add in lowfat sour cream and cheese. Stir till cheese melts, approximately 5 min. Fill taco shells with chicken mix, top with lettuce and tomato.
