- Cook chicken in oil in large skillet till browned on both sides, about 8 min. Stir in onion and garlic and saute/fry till tender, about 5 min; sprinkle with flour and cook 1 to 2 min longer.
- Add in remaining ingredients, except salt; heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, till chicken is tender, about 15 min; simmer, uncovered, till thickened to desired consistency, 5 - 10 min. Throw away bay leaf; season to taste with salt.
