1 whole chicken 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) jar plain spaghetti sauce 6 ounce. mushrooms, sliced 3/4 c. water 1 lg. onion, minced 1 sm. garlic, chopped

1 teaspoon dry basil Salt, pepper to taste 1 med. zucchini, sliced 8 ounce. spaghetti, cooked and liquid removed 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1. Cook chicken; cold, bone and cut meat into bite size pcs. While chicken is cooling combine sauce and next 7 ingredients. Simmer 40 min, stirring occasionally. Add in chicken and zucchini simmer 30 min stirring occasionally. Serve stew over spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese, if you like. Makes 4 servings.
