  • 2 Tbsp. olive or possibly vegetable oil
  • 3 lb chicken -- cut into pcs
  • 1 x 14 ounce. can whole peeled tomatoes - undrained, minced
  • 1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olive optional
  • 1 clv garlic -- finely minced
  • 1 env Lipton Recipe Secrets Beefy Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/4 c. dry red wine or possibly water Warm cooked noodles

Инструкции

  1. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and brown chicken; drain.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, olives, and garlic, then beefy onion soup mix blended with wine. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 30 min or possibly till chicken is done.
  4. Skim fat, if necessary.
  5. Serve over warm cooked noodles.
