3 c. diced cooked chicken 1 c. cooked rice 2 c. soft shredded bread 1/3 c. diced celery 4 beaten Large eggs

2 teaspoon salt 2 c. chicken broth 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning 1/3 c. lowfat milk 1 can golden brown mushroom soup

1. Combine chicken, rice, bread, and celery. To the beaten Large eggs, add in salt, poultry seasonings and broth. Mix thoroughly. Stir in chicken mix. Bake in greased 9 by 9 by 2 inch baking dish at 350 degrees for 60 min.
