- 2 c. cooked chicken breast half cubed
- 1 med cucumber sliced
- 1 c. celery sliced
- 1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. fat-free lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. 1% low-fat lowfat milk
- 1 tsp dry dill weed
- 1 tsp salt optional**
- 1/4 tsp pepper

- Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and oil. Drain. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine chicken, cucumber, celery and onion. Fold in pasta. In small bowl, blend mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk and seasonings. toss dressing with salad mix.
