Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. onion, minced
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 to 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Hungarian paprika
  • 3 to 4 pound chicken, cut-up
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry onion in warm butter till tender. Add in salt, paprika and black pepper, and stir in. Add in chicken and fry till well coated with onion mix. Add in water; cover. Cook slowly over a low flame about 1 1/2 hrs, or possibly till chicken is tender. Remove chicken and blend in lowfat sour cream. Add in dumplings to sauce and serve warm with chicken.
