- Slightly beat together Large eggs, water, salt and pepper, onion and garlic
- Let chicken soak in egg/water mix for 1 hour.
- Mix crumbs with herbs and grated parmigian
- Remove breasts from Large eggs and roll them in the flour, then dip them in the Large eggs again and roll in the breadcrumbs, shakng off excess crumbs.
- Fry chickn in the mix oil/extra virgin olive oil and drain them in paper towels.
- Arrange breasts in a baking dish side by side
- 7.Top each with a slice of ham and a slice of mozzarela
- 8 Cover with the tomato sauce ( to taste)
- Bake at 375 till cheese melts
