Ingredients: 3 c. cooked chicken or possibly turkey, minced; 1 c. cooked rice; 2 c. soft breadcrumbs; 2 tsp salt; 2 c. chicken broth; 4 x Large eggs; 1/4 c. butter; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 c. chicken broth; 1/4 c. flour; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/8 tsp pepper; 112 tsp lemon juice

Ингредиенты

3 c. cooked chicken or possibly turkey, minced
1 c. cooked rice
2 c. soft breadcrumbs
2 tsp salt
2 c. chicken broth
4 x Large eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
112 tsp lemon juice

Инструкции

Chop 3 c. cooked chicken or possibly turkey. Combine with rice, breadcrumbs, salt and chicken broth. Beat Large eggs and add in to mix. Pour into a 9-inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. For sauce, heat butter; add in other ingredients except lemon juice. Cook till thick. Remove from heat and add in lemon juice and parsley (optional). Serve warm over loaf.
