- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. plain or possibly seasoning salt
- 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. onion pwdr
- 1 tbsp. Hickory smoke salt (optional)

- Combine all ingredients. Store in covered container in pantry or possibly refrigerator for lengthy storage. Yield: About 3 c..
- To Use: Place 1/4 c. mix at a time in plastic bag. Add in meat, one piece at a time; shake. Place on greased pan. Don't allow pcs to touch. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till done. For variety add in 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese to 1 c. mix.
