I tried this recipe and my kids liked it. Just don't bake them too long or they become dry and hard. You can also deep fry these.

Ингредиенты

  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black ground pepper
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 4 large chicken breast skinless/deboned cut into small chunks
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups bread crumbs any flavor
  • non-stick spray
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

  1. in one bowl combine all dry ingredients
  2. in a second bowl combine milk and egg whisk together
  3. cut chicken into small to medium sized chunks
  4. place chicken in egg mixture first
  5. then place chicken a few pieces at a time in a the dry mixture
  6. in a bowl with a lid. shake well until chicken is well coated.
  7. spray cookie sheets (large ones) with non stick spray coat them well. place chicken on pans about 1/4 inch apart (not touching)
  8. bake for about 30 mins at 300 degrees until light/medium brown.
