Chicken Mushroom Tostadas

Ингредиенты

  • 1 med. onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 c. minced chicken, cooked
  • 1 c. picante sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grnd cumin
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 sm. red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 sm. green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Инструкции

  1. Cook onion and garlic in oil till tender. Add in mushrooms, continue to cook. Add in chicken, picante sauce and cumin. Simmer uncovered for 10 min.
  2. While mix simmers, broil tortillas till browned. Top with chicken mix and pepper strips; sprinkle with cheese. Heat in oven till cheese is melted. Serve with picante sauce.
