6 chicken breast halves, cut into quarters 3 cans V-8 juice (6 ounce. cans) 1/4 c. honey 2 tbsp. lite soy sauce 2 tbsp. dry basil

1 tbsp. dry oregano 1 tbsp. each onion pwdr & garlic pwdr 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil 10 grates of fresh pepper

1. Mix all ingredients. Marinade chicken overnight. Chicken can be barbecued or possibly baked in oven at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
