Chicken Livers Simmered In Oyster Sauce

Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb Chicken livers
  • 4 c. Water
  • 1 x Or possibly
  • 2 x Scallion stalks
  • 2 Tbsp. Smoked ham
  • 1 c. Stock
  • 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. Water

Инструкции

  1. Boil water and pour over chicken livers. Stir a few times, then drain.
  2. Rinse quickly with cool water and drain again. Then cut in 1/2-inch slices.
  3. Separately mince scallion stalks and smoked ham.
  4. Heat stock. Add in oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and scallions.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add in chicken livers. Reduce heat to medium and cook, covered, till done
  7. (about 3 min).
  8. Meanwhile blend cornstarch and cool water to a paste; then stir in to thicken. Garnish with chopped ham and serve.
