- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Water Soy sauce or possibly mustard for dipping

- Marinate livers in a mix of soy sauce, sugar and water for at least 2 hrs. Place livers on skewers. Cook on hibachi or possibly grill till done. Serve with soy sauce or possibly mustard for dipping.
