  • 1 lb Chicken livers
  • 1/2 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Water Soy sauce or possibly mustard for dipping

Инструкции

  1. Marinate livers in a mix of soy sauce, sugar and water for at least 2 hrs. Place livers on skewers. Cook on hibachi or possibly grill till done. Serve with soy sauce or possibly mustard for dipping.
