  • 4 cube steaks:
  • 1 x sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed finely
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten veg. oil mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 x to 3/4 c. flour
  • 4 x -6 c. lowfat milk, heated

Инструкции

  1. Dip the cube steaks into the beaten Large eggs, then into the crushed Ritz crackers. Preheat skillet, add in oil. Fry cube steaks on each side till golden brown and crispy.
  2. To the pan drippings (including veg. oil), add in 1/2 to 3/4 c. flour.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and brown the flour for about 1 minute over high heat. Add in heated lowfat milk and stir with wire whisk, and continue to cook till gravy thickens.
