- Saute/fry onion and garlic in oil till tender. Add in chicken. Brown well. Stir in flavour base. Cook for 1 minute. Blend in rice, coriander and chilli. Allow to cold.
- Cut each pastry into 4 squares. Place heaped spoonfuls of mix onto pastry. Fold over to create a triangle. Seal edges to create a rolled edge. Fry in warm oil till golden brown and puffed. Drain well. Serve with sweet chilli sauce
