Ингредиенты

  • 1 chicken, cut up, don't remove skin and bones
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1 (No. 2 size) can whole tomatoes
  • 1 (No. 2 size) can creamed corn
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 2 quarts. chicken broth
  • Dash sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 quarts. lowfat milk, heated
  • 1 stack of single packed crackers, broken up

Инструкции

  1. Brown and cook chicken in butter. After cooked, cold, debone and skin chicken. Cut in bite-size pcs. Saute/fry onion in the drippings. Use a large stock pot and add in chicken, onion with drippings, tomatoes, creamed corn, chicken broth, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 1 hour till all flavors are blended. Add in soda. Add in lowfat milk. Bring all to a soft boil. Add in crackers to the soup before serving.
