- 3-4 pound stewing chicken
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 quart. corn (fresh, frzn or possibly canned)

Инструкции
- 1. In large kettle cover chicken with water. Add in salt and pepper. Cook till soft. Remove bones and skin from chicken and cut meat into small pcs.
- 2. Heat broth to boiling point and add in remaining ingredients. Cook about 15 min. Add in meat. Heat thoroughly. Garnish with hard boiled egg or possibly parsley.
