- Tear off a large 2 foot square piece of foil
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour mixed with salt, pepper and a dash of thyme. Place onto right side of your foil. Place a narrow slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese folded in half onto one side of the chicken breast and fold over like a sandwich. Top with some sliced zucchinis and a few tomatoes. Spoon over 3 or 4 spoonfuls of Cream of Mushroom soup and another small pinch of dried thyme. Carefully fold over the foil creating a pouch and seal up on two sides by folding the foil sides together. Before sealing up the last side, pour in a splash of white wine. Fold up 3rd side to seal the foil pouch. Place carefully onto the campfire grill or *directly onto hot coals.
- Note: Campfire coals can be much hotter than your home oven, food will cook much faster on red hot coals. This dish is best if elevated slightly above the coals upon a grill.
