Chicken Corden Bleu

3 ounce. boneless chicken breasts, skinned
1 ounce. cooked ham, lean
1 ounce. Swiss cheese
Fresh chopped parsley
Garlic pwdr

2 tbsp. crumbled Melba rounds
2 tbsp. liquid skim lowfat milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper

Инструкции

Flatten chicken with mallet. Place ham slice then cheese slice on the chicken. Sprinkle with seasonings. Roll up chicken; secure with a toothpick. Dip roll in skimmed lowfat milk and roll in crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Serves 1.
