- Saute/fry chicken and sausages over medium heat till well browned on all sides. Drain off fat. Add in onion and garlic and saute/fry 3 min. Add in tomatoes, thyme and bay leaf. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook 10 min.
- Add in green pepper, beans and wine. Cook covered till chicken and green pepper are tender, about 10 min. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
