Ингредиенты
- 2 x Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 med Sized green pepper
- 8 ounce Thin Spaghetti
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 c. Heavy cream
- 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. Bacon bits
- 1/2 tsp Thyme Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
Инструкции
- 1. Boil 1 qt water (with a little salt and oil).
- 2. Slice chicken and pepper into strips and saute/fry in oil till tender.
- 3. Boil spaghetti 5 to 6 min.
- 4. Add in cream, Parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. bacon, thyme, salt and pepper to chicken (reduce heat). Cook till heated through.
- 5. Toss chicken mix with liquid removed spaghetti; sprinkle with 1/4 c. bacon and parsley.
