Ингредиенты

1 (1 lb.) pkg. broccoli pcs, cooked 3 chicken breasts, cooked & cut (or possibly use 1/2 chicken breast per serving) 1 c. mayonnaise 2 teaspoon grated lemon rind 2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2 cans cream of chicken soup Cooked rice (as much as you want)

1. In baking dish put: layer of cooked rice; then arrange cooked broccoli; then chicken. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon rind and juice, curry pwdr and cheese. Pour over chicken. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with more cheese last 10 min.
