Ингредиенты

  • 2 T all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon grnd black pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts, skinned, boned & split (about 1 pound boneless)
  • 2 T Fleischmann's regular or possibly sweet unsalted butter
  • 2 c. thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 2 c. warm cooked rice (prepared without added salt)

Инструкции

  1. Put together flour and pepper; coat chicken breasts with mix. Shake off and reserve excess flour.Heat butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides; remove from frying pan. Add in mushrooms and onion to frying pan; saute till tender and golden brown. Stir in reserved flour; blend in wine. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Return chicken to frying pan with 2 tbsp parsley. Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 25 min or possibly till chicken is tender. Serve over rice; garnish with remaining parsley. Makes 4 servings.
