- Coat chicken with flour. In a skillet, heat butter. Saute/fry chicken till golden and cooked through. Remove to platter and cover with aluminum foil to keep it hot. Add in mushrooms to warm skillet and saute/fry for 2 min.
- Stir in artichokes, broth, wine, lemon juice and seasonings. Cook, stirring occasionally, till liquid is reduced slightly. Return chicken to skillet and heat through. Serve immediately.
